We’re thrilled to share that we’ve been shortlisted for the Property Week Management Allstars Awards 2019 ‘Innovator/Systems Provider Of The Year’.

Being a finalist at the Property Week Management Allstars highlights our transformative work in the last year. 

We’ve helped forward thinking housing providers like Notting Hill Genesis, Hammersmith & Fulham Council and Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing streamline their operations. We’ve radically changed the way they deliver repairs and maintenance services. And how they manage their property portfolios.

This is a proud moment for us, as we’ve showcased the power of our platform across the sector. We’ve helped realise that it is possible to offer better services at lower costs. 

We now manage repairs and maintenance for over 100,000 properties across public and private sectors. We are cultivating community with over 13,000 tradespeople operating through our platform and growing their businesses too.

We’ve been busy the last few months. 

We’re delighted that we’ve also been shortlisted for a UK Business Award for ‘Business Change or Transformation of The Year’  (a huge honour as these awards cover every sector, not just housing and PropTech), and winner of the 24 Housing Award for ‘Repairs and Maintenance Provider Of The Year’ too. 

We also nabbed the coveted  ‘Professional Services Partner Award’ at the UK Housing Awards, for our pioneering work with NHG.
