This week, Plentific attends WeTech Berlin 2020, an exclusive innovation conference - alongside entrepreneurs and executives from Israel and Germany.

Following last year's successful WeTech conference in Berlin, Calcalist is once again bringing together leading investors, organisations and entrepreneurs from across Israel and Germany to feature in its big event.

Gathering at the Berlin Hilton on the 26th and 27th, experts from across AI, Big Data, Proptech and Tech for Good will showcase their vision of the future and the solutions they are working hard to build using technology.

This year's conference will include varied discussions on wider innovation and investment too, including investment opportunities with Israel and creating stronger business ties.

We are proud to announce that our own Cem Savas is in attendance and will showcase Plentific's revolutionary approach to property maintenance and management.

Plentific will be introduced at the event as the 'Uber of Repairs & Maintenance'. Cem will be speaking in some detail about Plentific's SaaS platform and how it is sparking a repairs revolution. He will also elaborate on the platform's suite of management tools and support for local tradespeople and communities.

WeTech will provide a good opportunity to see how far we've come since our humble beginnings in 2013 - to now working with the biggest and most significant housing providers in the UK, including NHG, Wandle, Settle, Peabody and more.

Today, Plentific covers over 165,000 properties across the public and private sectors. Our platform and dynamic procurement technology enables landlords to deliver a better, more transparent tenant experience whilst significantly reducing operational costs across all repair and maintenance services.

The result is an entirely new experience - digitised, streamlined and bolstered by an ever-growing marketplace of approved independent local tradespeople.

In addition to cementing ourselves as an industry-leading name for property repairs, maintenance and management, a recent, sizeable funding round is further driving Plentific’s mission to improve lives by transforming the way essential tenant services are delivered.

The funding round was led by Europe’s largest Proptech venture capital firm, A/O Proptech, with support from seasoned technology venture firm Target Global and existing investors.

This new funding round is helping us expand into the wider professional/commercial real estate sector in Europe, with plans to launch into the US multi-family market soon after - taking our current properties under management to over 1 million in the years to come.

For all things WeTech 2020 - watch this space as we continue to update it with our highlights from the event.

The news doesn't stop there. Cem will also be using his time on stage to discuss an exciting new programme we have launched recently - titled PropertyLab. It's a fast, lean and action-oriented incubator programme to tackle some of the biggest issues in housing. Over the next few weeks, PropertyLab will bring together forward thinkers in social housing, residential property management and PropTech to develop solutions for rapid results and to create long-term strategic impact in just 14 weeks.
