If your organisation is passionate about addressing gender imbalance in the industry and has a desire to enact social change, then we invite you to become a Women's Trade Network supporter. Our initiative is open to organisations within the housing, real estate, property, construction or trade industries; with the aim of empowering females with valuable mentors and employment opportunities after their training.

The Network.

The Women's Trade Network is founded by Plentific, as well as leading organisations within the sector including L&Q, Notting Hill Genesis, Peabody, Direct Works, Women's Pioneer HousingPlaces for People and the Chartered Institute of Housing.

Our supporters' role.

The Women's Trade Network will provide access to information, mentorship, training and opportunities for work experience to women who want to start a career in trade. 

Our supporters contribute by increasing diversity in the industry by creating additional awareness of the programme, offering best practice advice and sharing job opportunities through the network.
