Clients can now create work orders in facilioo and manage them through Plentific in just a few clicks, making work order management more straightforward and streamlined and giving facilioo clients the added benefit of direct access to Plentific’s marketplace of thousands of fully vetted contractors for fulfilling work orders.
Facilioo clients can self sign-up to Plentific directly through their facilioo UI and push their work orders from facilioo to Plentific. With this partnership, the data sync between the two systems happens in real time, avoiding the need for double keying and considerably accelerating the end-to-end process of completing repairs. Damage reports are recorded and checked by the tenant or owner via facilioo. The resulting work orders can then be fulfilled quickly and easily by a client's existing contractor network, or Plentific's extensive contractor marketplace.
