We are pleased to announce our partnership with Anchor, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for people in later life. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for us at Plentific. Together, we will digitalise operations across Anchor's extensive portfolio by implementing a unified real-time platform that connects Anchor colleagues and residents with contractors. This platform will streamline the supply chain and enhance property operations management through a seamless and responsive solution, enabling Anchor to deliver property services more effectively to its residents.
At Plentific, we understand that the future of property management rests on delivering exceptional experiences for residents and stakeholders. Our joint mission with Anchor is to leverage technology to simplify and enhance the lives of residents, connect communities, and digitally transform housing operations, while unlocking efficiencies both within Anchor’s operations and for residents.
Plentific’s platform acts as an integration layer to unify Anchor’s contracting partners, modernising operations for Tier 1 main contractors and Tier 2 sub-contractors alike. This robust solution will provide greater visibility across the supply chain, ensuring effective collaboration.
As the fastest-growing technology provider in the UK housing sector, our configurable system enables Anchor to rapidly deploy this solution without the need for developing bespoke products. Our platform will improve service delivery to residents with simplified interfaces, enhanced workflows, and automation that directly benefit property management.
In addition to integration, our platform will facilitate several automations, including work order management for proactive planning and reactive maintenance, inspections, resident engagement, along with supply chain, voids, and compliance management. Furthermore, it will feature a marketplace for local SME contractors to enhance service accessibility and options.
The optimisation of processes is planned for roll-out in early 2025, with a comprehensive validation phase anticipated to take eight months to ensure effectiveness.

Sarah stated, “We know that completing repairs and planned property works on time, to a good standard, at a price that represents value for money is central to our residents’ experience of their homes and it is vital that we get this right. Our partnership with Plentific will help us to achieve this aim, harnessing the power of aligned people, systems and processes to deliver a consistent and responsive service.” This will provide valuable insights for others looking to embark on their own digital transformation journeys. Moving forward, we will publish further videos to document our journey together and the positive changes that result from this collaboration.
