Plentific welcomes Platform Housing onto its real-time property operations platform

We are delighted to announce that Platform Housing has selected Plentific to help digitalise its operations.

Platform Housing Group owns and manages more than 47,000 homes across the Midlands, with a portfolio that includes social and affordable rent and shared ownership houses.

Plentific enables Platform Housing to improve resident engagement, automate work order management for reactive repairs, planned works and the sourcing of verified contractors to collaborate with internal teams for increased coverage.

Louie Nesbitt, Quantity Surveyor at Platform Housing, said: 

'We went live with Plentific in December 2022. The first batch of 500 jobs went live on the Plentific platform on a Tuesday evening. Within 24 hours, all those jobs had been quoted on, with the first job completed on-site by Thursday.'
