Digital transformation leader and former COO of Notting Hill Genesis, Andy Belton, has joined the Plentific team as the business scales rapidly across the UK, Germany and USA.

London - 04/04/22 - Leading Proptech company Plentific continues its mission to be the definitive management platform for real estate by bringing Andy Belton’s industry experience on board. Plentific announced today that Andy will be joining its Strategic Advisory Board and helping further shape the company’s solutions as it addresses the sector’s most pressing needs - from repairs and compliance to retrofits.

In his previous role, Andy led a digital transformation programme centred on automation and efficiency to support Notting Hill Genesis’ corporate strategy. Prior to this, Andy was the COO and Deputy CEO for Notting Hill Housing (NHH) and, from 2006, was responsible for a number of NHH’s operational businesses - managing over 30,000 homes, 700 staff and a combined turnover of over £400m.

Andy’s career has spanned the US, UK, Germany and the Netherlands. He has a track record of successfully leading large diverse teams in both the private and public sectors. Since the beginning of his career, his roles have converged between housing and technology. Before joining Notting Hill in 2002, he worked in the IT industry and held a number of senior management positions, including Managing Director of European Shared Services, during a 16-year career with Unisys.

As a member of the board, Andy will bridge his in-depth understanding of the sector with Plentific’s technology to help further develop and enhance present and future solutions to enable the digital transformation of real estate - with an emphasis on service delivery, resident engagement and the future-proofing of supply chains in property management.

“The myriad cloud-based services used by property companies today might give you a good environment to work in, but do not solve specific business problems. Plentific has shown that technology must serve the sector’s needs for better data on repairs, better technology for inspections, improved compliance oversight and new ways to measure outcomes and customer satisfaction. I believe I can help Plentific take this even further”.

The key issue of retrofitting the sector is at the top of Andy’s agenda, alongside providing the insight needed to augment Plentific’s suite of compliance solutions and create a lasting golden thread for building safety.

Cem Savas, CEO and Co-founder of Plentific, said “Andy and I share a very similar vision, which was immediately clear to me when we first met. We are both eager to harness technology and digital transformation to improve lives, as well as create social, economic and environmental value alongside. I am very pleased that as we continue to expand across the globe, we have Andy’s capabilities to guide us”.
