Seamless work order management for OnTheMarket Software users

OnTheMarket Software Date Ladder automatically updated with details and status of the maintenance job, providing full oversight to the landlord and tenants 24/7. Tenants are able to self-report faults directly from the OnTheMarket Software portal.
When faults are raised, a task will be generated within the OnTheMarket Software task system, and property managers are made aware when a ticket has been raised by a tenant.
A link to the Plentific job is available via the task, taking the property manager directly to their Plentific system.
An area is available within OnTheMarket Software for the tenant and landlord to see a list of all issues that have been raised. Landlords will also be able to see quotes and the status of raised jobs that are ongoing as well as those that are completed.
