Clients can create work orders in Plentific and the data is seamlessly fed back into Yardi throughout the entire lifecycle of the work order.
Residents can also create repair reports within Yardi's RentCafe, which is fed into Plentific as a work order. This integration provides greater visibility of work order data throughout, but also accelerates the end-to-end repair management and reduces the need for double-keying.
Property, unit and resident information is synced from Yardi into Plentific on a daily basis, to ensure the data between both systems is up-to-date, and residents are able to log repairs via the Plentific Resident Manager Portal whilst keeping track of changes and updates within Yardi.
Invoices approved in Plentific are instantly synced to Yardi as Payables. Payables which are then committed by Yardi will be automatically processed and paid in Plentific with the appropriate bank account.
