The Impact
Working in partnership with TCW, the first phase of the rollout is now live, focusing on compliance. By digitalising this core function, Grove has established a foundation of operational visibility and assurance, ensuring consistent controls across their portfolio.
The Roadmap
This is just the beginning of our partnership with Grove. Future rollouts will bring on-board their existing contractors, internal workforce and introduce resident self-service, creating a unified, end-to-end service model that connects teams, suppliers, and residents in real-time.
Josh Dalton, Strategic Account Director at Plentific, said:
“This partnership with Grove Housing Association is a significant milestone for Plentific as we expand into Northern Ireland. Grove’s focus on strong governance, service quality, and long-term improvement closely aligns with our own mission to help housing providers deliver better outcomes through smarter operations and data-led decision-making. Together, we have an opportunity to create practical, real-world examples of what good looks like for the sector.”
Agnes Crawford, Chief Executive at Grove Housing Association said:
“At Grove Housing Association, our priority is to deliver safe, well-governed, and responsive housing services for our residents. As regulatory expectations continue to evolve, it’s essential that we have the right systems in place to support strong compliance.
Working with Plentific gives us a flexible platform that supports our immediate compliance needs while also creating a clear pathway towards a more integrated, end-to-end service model and effective contractor management. We see this as an important step in strengthening our operations and sharing practical learning with the wider Northern Ireland housing sector.”
A shared commitment to better outcomes
Both Grove Housing Association and Plentific share a common focus on putting residents at the centre of service delivery, while ensuring strong governance, transparency, and accountability across housing operations. By combining Grove’s local insight and commitment to community-focused services with Plentific’s technology and operational expertise, the partnership aims to deliver measurable improvements that go beyond compliance alone.
Importantly, this collaboration creates the opportunity to develop practical, transferable best practice that can be shared across the Northern Ireland housing sector demonstrating how digital platforms, strong governance, and integrated service models can work together in real operational environments.
Supporting the Northern Ireland housing sector
Plentific’s further expansion into Northern Ireland reflects growing demand for modern, flexible platforms that support compliance, contractor management, and service delivery in a more connected way. Through this partnership with Grove Housing Association, Plentific looks forward to contributing to the wider conversation on how housing providers can strengthen services, improve assurance, and deliver better experiences for residents.
Plentific will be attending NIFHA’s Housing Development & Asset Management Conference on Thursday 12 February 2026, taking place at St Comgall’s Conference Centre, Divis Street, Belfast (BT12 4SE).
