Reflecting on Housing Technology 2025: A Milestone in Housing Innovation

A few months have passed since the Housing Technology Conference 2025 at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham, yet the momentum from the event continues to inspire our work at Plentific.

During the conference, I had the privilege of presenting on “Transforming Housing: The Digital Future of Housing Operations and Supply Chain Solutions.” The session highlighted how integrating real-time centralised data, predictive analytics, and automated processes can connect residents, operators, and service providers to reduce operational costs and enhance customer experiences. A standout moment was celebrating our collaborative achievement with Anchor, the largest not-for-profit provider of specialist housing and care for people in later life in England. Together, we were honoured with a Housing Technology Award for Innovation, recognising our joint efforts in digitalising and modernising housing operations. This accolade underscores the impact of strategic partnerships in driving meaningful change within the housing sector.

As we look forward to Housing 2025, scheduled for 24–26 June at Manchester Central, anticipation is building for the discussions and innovations that will shape the future of housing. Plentific is proud to be part of this pivotal event, contributing to conversations that matter.

Our Co-founder and CEO, Cem Savas, will be delivering a keynote titled “A New Era of Leadership” on Thursday, 26 June 2025, from 09:30 to 10:30 in the Keynote Theatre. This session will explore how leaders are navigating financial, operational, and reputational challenges to foster authentic and inclusive leadership, and improve organisational culture .

Later that day, from 12:05 to 13:00, Cem will chair a panel discussion on “Tenant Involvement in Governance Structures to Drive Better Business Outcomes.” The panel will delve into the critical role of tenant engagement in shaping housing governance and achieving sustainable outcomes.
