When Awaab's Law Phase 1 came into force on 27 October 2025, most providers responded where the pressure was most immediate: processes were revised, repairs workflows updated, specialist damp and mould responses established. Phase 2 asks a different question. As a significant volume of additional hazards and response timescales come into scope, compliance becomes less about a single repair process and more about organisational capability — whether strategy, governance, operating model, systems and workforce are equipped for the scale of what is coming. Roadmap to Readiness applies the McKinsey 7S Framework to Awaab's Law Phase 2, giving boards and executive teams a practical way to assess readiness, identify areas of vulnerability and prioritise improvements before the legislation takes effect.
