Home Group expands partnership with Plentific for safe homes and reliable repairs

We're pleased to announce that Home Group, one of the UK's largest housing associations, has chosen to deepen their partnership with Plentific, committing to a long term contract that extends across their entire property operations.
This partnership builds on successful project work and genuine trust built over time. Home Group has decided to transition to a fully integrated property operations platform, with Plentific working alongside their Salesforce CRM to orchestrate their entire supply chain including their DLO, multiple tier-ones and 200+ SME contractors across the UK to deliver improved customer and colleague outcomes.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, Home Group will realise the benefits of truly owning their operational data in real time, improving repairs transparency, compliance visibility and delivering a modern, engaged customer experience aligned to what customers and regulators aim for.
