Plentific is proud to partner with Cardo and Anchor in the delivery of a major new regional contract, advancing Anchor’s £1.7 billion transformation of its repairs and planned works services.
Anchor, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for people in later life, has appointed Cardo to manage delivery across the London and South East region — one of seven regional contracts spanning a 15-year period. Together, Plentific, Cardo and Anchor are committed to setting a new standard for service excellence, operational efficiency, and resident experience.
Through this collaboration, Cardo and Anchor will leverage Plentific’s leading property operations platform to transform the way repairs and planned works are managed. By providing a unified solution for work order management, Plentific will enhance collaboration between teams and contractors, drive efficiencies, and support the delivery of faster, high-quality services for residents.
