We are thrilled to announce that Jigsaw Homes Group has selected Plentific to underpin their next generation of housing service delivery.

In this first phase, Plentific will be deployed as Jigsaw’s contractor management platform, providing a single source of truth for supplier onboarding, performance tracking, and accountability. By streamlining communication and improving transparency, the platform will also reduce the need for residents and employees to chase contractors for updates while improving customer experience and freeing teams to focus on higher-value tasks. Looking ahead, there is potential for the partnership to grow further. Plentific can support additional workflows, enhancing service delivery and enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making across property operations.
