Portus Supported Housing expands its use of Plentific with Field Service Management and Dynamic Scheduling

We’re pleased to share that Portus Supported Housing, via its property management service, Portus Property Management, has signed off to roll out Field Service Management and Dynamic Scheduling, further expanding its use of the Plentific platform.
Already operating on Plentific across 2,500+ units and more than 970 specialist homes for vulnerable adults across England and Wales, Portus Supported Housing is now extending into field service orchestration to strengthen service delivery at scale.
With Field Service Management and Dynamic Scheduling, Portus Supported Housing will be able to:
Plan and allocate work more intelligently
Gain real-time visibility of jobs in progress
Coordinate internal teams and mobile field operatives through one platform
Improve performance, compliance and operational control
