Plentific shortlisted for UK Proptech Awards 2020.
We’re delighted to announce that this month, Plentific was shortlisted for the 'Most Collaborative Business Award - Proptech' at the UK Proptech Awards 2020.
This nomination highlights the positive and meaningful impact Plentific has had in helping some of the UK’s largest housing providers to transform operations and procurement for over 200,000 properties across the UK and Germany.
This is an unprecedented and challenging time for the housing sector. The current pandemic has brought to light salient issues that need to be addressed in a short span of time.
Which is why we’re so pleased to stand proud amongst the biggest and best leaders of transformative change - not just in our sector - but across property and Proptech.
We would not be here without trust and pioneering vision of our clients - Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), Peabody, L&Q, settle group and more.
We’d also like to take a moment to acknowledge our incredible fellow nominees, each of whom has a part to play in making collaborative business better. Congratulations to Coadjute, Coyote Software, DronePrep, Infabode, Kerfuffle , Mallcomm, PRODA LTD, REalyse (UK) & SPICA Technologies Ltd.

Here's how it all started:
In February of 2017, we began a revolutionary project with Notting Hill Housing, now Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), to transform customer experience for tenants, process for NHG and radically develop our product with an onboarding process across the industry.
The results of this project not only delivered organisational change, but radically changed the way the housing provider works; Our core product has established a new benchmark in the housing sector.
Cut to 2020.
We’ve helped large London based housing giant Peabody mobilise our tech within their organisation in just 6 days, with a 93% first time fix rate and a boost to their resident satisfaction levels to an incredible 90% Download the case study here.
In FY 2019/20, we’ve NHG complete 35,000 repair jobs through our marketplace in FY 2019/20. They now manage 50,000 properties with us and 91% of their repairs are completed first time using our enterprise software. Download the case study here.
We’ve done all of this whilst creating opportunities for local trades businesses to work sustainably within their own communities and grow their businesses with the powerful work management tools we provide them.
Because we believe property management can and should be better: for landlords, for growing trades businesses and local communities.
Earlier this month, we we were selected as winners amongst the Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50. Watch this space for more updates on all things Plentific.
