Solution sales leader, angel investor and former Nomura Vice President has joined Plentific to fuel further growth across the UK.

Plentific has today announced the appointment of Henrik Von Bahr as Vice President of Sales, UK. Henrik brings 20 years of experience in solution sales, business planning and strategic client management. Henrik joins the company from Nomura, where he served as Vice President for three years. Prior to this, he worked at Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and other financial services institutions.

Henrik will lead Plentific’s sales strategy and team, working with landlords with anywhere from 300 to 100,000+ properties in their portfolio. Plentific is currently the largest R&M service provider to social housing in the UK. Henrik's role will be instrumental in further expanding market share across the public sector and growth in the private residential sector.

Henrik holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. Henrik has a global-local mindset, having lived and worked in six countries. He is committed to implementing sales strategies from some of the world's best-known organisations. As an investor and former Plentific Board member, Henrik has already forged strong relationships with stakeholders.

During his time in financial services, Henrik developed a passion for investments, leading him to invest in several start-up and scale-up businesses. He was one of Plentific's first investors and was attracted to the team's diversity and its co-founders' ambition. After years of following Plentific's journey, he is keen to form an integral part of the company's future growth.
