Plentific, the UK's fastest-growing proptech company, has today announced the acquisition of Active Housing. Active Housing is an award-winning developer of tenant-centric solutions that help landlords and property managers increase resident satisfaction and ensure high quality homes.
The acquisition will broaden Plentific's existing market-leading offerings, in particular those for the UK social housing sector. It is the next step in Plentific's continuing effort to ensure landlords, property managers and suppliers have the best-in-class technology they need to operate as efficiently as possible.
Active Housing and its parent company Hallnet have operated out of Warrington, England for 25 years with Founder and Managing Director Stephen Hall at the helm. Active Housing's technology is used by social housing landlords and large contractors across the UK, managing a total of 400,000 properties. The acquisition will allow Plentific to continue to expand and strengthen the value customers already receive from the platform.
Active Housing's offering includes intuitive Diagnostic Tools that automate the scope of work process for raised job requests and coordinates availability with the resident to provide a seamless experience. They also offer market leading self-service Tenant Portals that allow residents to identify property issues and schedule appointments with maintenance professionals quickly and easily - on average, in under two minutes.
The acquisition represents a significant milestone in Plentific's expansion. Earlier this year, it gained recognition in the FT 1000 as one of Europe's fastest-growing companies and the UK's fastest-growing proptech. This achievement builds on 1,500% revenue growth achieved over the past four years and a successful $100 million Series C funding round.
