Plentific wins at 24 Housing Awards 2019.
Meet your new Repairs and Maintenance Provider Of The Year 🎉
We’re delighted to announce that Plentific was presented with the prestigious ‘Repairs and Maintenance Provider Of The Year’ title last night at the 24 Housing Awards 2019.
This award celebrates the positive and meaningful impact Plentific has had in helping some of the UK’s largest Social Housing providers to digitalise operations for over 120,000 properties (and counting) across the UK.
Cem Savas, our co-founder responded to this incredible win saying, “We are reassured by this achievement, as it reminds us why we are on this incredible mission to make property work better for everyone!”
This is an exciting and challenging time for the housing sector. Reduced budgets, changes to the benefits system and stronger regulatory steps are driving housing providers to creatively challenge the norm.
Which is why we’re so pleased to stand proud amongst the biggest and best leaders of transformative change in the sector.
We would not be here without trust and pioneering vision of our clients - Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), Hammersmith & Fulham Council, Wandle and more.
We’d also like to take a moment to acknowledge our incredible fellow nominees, each of whom has a part to play in making the new housing landscape thrive. Congratulations to Dunedin Canmore Property Services, Homes for Haringey, Metro Rod, Orwell Housing Association, Star Housing, Stockport Homes and T Gilmartin Ltd.
Being recognised as Repairs and Maintenance Provider Of The Year has an extra-special meaning to us, however. Our platform is supported by a unique marketplace of 13,000 tradespeople that have set a new industry standard for quality, affordability and efficiency. They bolster Plentific’s efforts by serving their own local communities with incredible results and we will continue to support their efforts as they grow their businesses with us to realise safer, more prosperous communities.

Here's how it all started:
In February of 2017, we began a revolutionary project with Notting Hill Housing, now Notting Hill Genesis (NHG), to transform customer experience for tenants, process for NHG and radically develop our product with an onboarding process across the industry.
The results of this project not only delivered organisational change, but radically changed the way NHG works; Our core product has established a new benchmark in the housing sector. Its effects have been far-reaching - for the end-customer, for two organisations, an industry and an underserved set of customers - social housing tenants. To see the incredible results of this pilot, download our case study below.
It’s been an exciting few months. Earlier this year, we nabbed the coveted ‘Professional Services Partner Award’ at the UK Housing Awards, for our pioneering work with NHG. We’re delighted that we’ve also been shortlisted for a UK Business Award for ‘Business Change or Transformation of The Year’ (a huge honour as these awards cover every sector, not just housing and PropTech).
